Pick One is provided by Aleksei Petukhov, Individual Entrepreneur (Einzelunternehmer), Plievierpark 10, 81737 Munich, Germany. See the Impressum. It lets people publish a two-option question and collect community votes. By using it, you agree to these Terms and the Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use Pick One

You must be at least 18 to use Pick One, including voting, creating an account or publishing a pick. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping sign-in access secure. You may vote without an account, subject to duplicate-vote and safety controls.

The service and votes

Pick One is currently free. A vote is a community preference signal, not research, professional advice, a representative sample, or a guaranteed business result. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, or legal reasons.

Pick One includes founder-created starter picks. Their displayed vote totals and percentages may combine a simulated starting baseline with later community votes. The interface shows one combined total. The baseline is a display value, not a human vote or a response, and it does not count toward voting metrics or paid Community Boost delivery. The combined display is not presented as panel or survey research.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in text and images you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, adapt only as needed to format or deliver, display, and create share previews for that content while operating and promoting the specific pick through its link. The license ends when we remove the content, apart from ordinary caches or backups for a limited operational period.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to post content. Do not use Pick One to collect votes about someone in a way that is abusive, humiliating, or unlawful. We do not use uploaded content to train AI models. Public content is public. An unlisted link is not private and may be copied, cached, indexed, or re-shared by others.

Moderation and accounts

We may remove a pick from discovery while we review a report, hide content, suspend publishing, or close an account when we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or the Rules. If we take action on your content or account, you can ask for a human review at alekseipetukhov1990@gmail.com.

Future paid Community Boost

Paid Community Boost is disabled at launch. Before it is enabled, we will show the price, delivery terms, refund and cancellation handling, and any applicable withdrawal information at checkout. We will not promise a representative audience, a particular result, or an unstated delivery time.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Pick One available and safe, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that a vote result will be useful for your decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including mandatory consumer rights.

We will bring material changes to your attention and request agreement where required. Mandatory rights under the laws of your country remain unaffected.
